For the treatment of premature ejaculation, Duratia is used by enhancing the time it takes, as well as improving the user’s control over ejaculation.

Duratia 30mg is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction in men between the ages of 18 and 60. Duratia 30mg can also be used when prescribed by the doctor. How does Duratia work?

The active ingredient of Duratia is dapoxetine. It is a member of a group known as ‘Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor’ (SSRIs). It shows its action by altering the levels of serotonin in the brain and improving the levels of serotonin, in turn, delays ejaculation¹.

 

Mechanism Action of Duratia

In the method of premature ejaculation, the mechanism of action of Duratia is unclear.  It is assumed that dapoxetine activates the serotonin transporter. Finally, different regions of the human ejaculation central nervous system (CNS) are regulated by increasing serotonin action.

Sexuality is expelled by the spinal reflex and a component of the brain. Some receptors, such as those for neuronal reuptake of serotonin, inhibit dapoxetine mechanism activity, resulting in potentiation of the neurotransmitter's action at pre-and postsynaptic stages.

Finally, the rate of dapoxetine, which is extracted from a variety of sexual receptors, contributes to a happier sexual experience².

• Kidney diseases
• You have epilepsy
• You have a high risk of glaucoma
• Use of recreational drugs such as narcotics, benzodiazepines ecstasy, and LSD

• Having mental issues like bipolar disorders, mania, and depression
• Suffering from another sexual issue like erectile dysfunction
• Suffering from problems like low blood pressure and dizziness
• History of blood clotting problems and bleeding

Tell your doctor if you have the following issues:

• Hypersensitivity with dapoxetine
• Moderate or severe liver problems
• History of fainting
• Severe depression and mania
• Cardiac problems, such as heart failure or problems with the heart rhythm

Because of the way in which this medicine works, it’s not suitable to take if you are also on any of the following medications (which your doctor should also be made aware of):

It is not suitable for taking Duratia when you are taking the following medications.

• Antidepressants
• Tramadol used to treat acute pain
• Medicines used to treat migraines
• Thioridazine used for schizophrenia
• Tryptophan a medicine to help you sleep
• Like any other drug, there are some side effects of Duratia, such as the increased risk of fainting, dizziness.
• The most common side effects of using Duratia are:
• Dry mouth
• Blurred vision
• Indigestion
• Nasal congestion
• Difficulty concentrating
• Increased blood pressure
• Ringing in the ears
• Shaking or trembling
• Lower interest in sex
• Sweating more than usual or flushing
• Diarrhea, constipation, or having the wind
• Stomach pain, bloating, or being sick
• Problems sleeping or strange dreams
• Feeling irritable, anxious, agitated, or restless
• Feeling numb or having ‘pins and needles’
• Difficulty getting or keeping an erection

• Feeling tired or sleepy, yawning

Stop using Duratia if you experience the following effects

• Seizures
• Often mood swings
• Suicidal thoughts
• Fainting or light-headed when standing up³
